Yes, Neezat offers elegant and bespoke corporate gift solutions. All corporate gift orders must be placed at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability and timely production, unless the items are already in stock. We offer a wide range of curated gifting options and can also guide you based on your brand and clients. Please reach out early to secure stock and discuss customization options.

Are your products available for rent or consignment?

No, all products at Neezat are for purchase only. We do not offer rentals, loans, or consignment services

How do I order plates, bowls, or glassware?

For items such as plates, bowls, carafes, and glassware, please contact the Neezat team directly at info@neezat.com. These products may require additional lead time and handling considerations, so early coordination is strongly recommended.

Can I order from the Orrefors or Kosta Boda catalogues?

Yes, we accept custom orders from the Orrefors and Kosta Boda catalogues:

● For non-food contact items (e.g., vases, candle holders, art glass), you may order directly.

● For tableware and food-contact products, please email us at info@neezat.com for more details.

What is the lead time for smaller quantity orders?

For smaller quantity orders (minimum 10 pieces), we typically require a 3-week notice to ensure proper preparation and delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines depend on the product type and stock availability. The confirmed delivery date will be outlined in your signed contract and finalized once the advance payment is received.

What are your payment terms?

● 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

● The remaining 50% is due within 7 days of delivery.

● All payments must be made as per the details provided in the invoice or contract.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No, all listed prices are exclusive of VAT. A 5% VAT will be added at the time of the order, as per UAE tax regulations.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders involving special items or registration cannot be cancelled or modified once the process has started. For other items, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

We accept returns within 7 days only in cases of manufacturing defects. Returned items must be: ● Unused and in original condition ● Returned in undamaged, original packaging ● Accompanied by proof of purchase ● Returns due to change of mind or misuse are not accepted.
